Not one "senior day" a week — $20 during every hour we are open: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. It is the lowest price on our list, ten dollars under the standard men's haircut at $30.

Cuts we do most for our older regulars
What people actually ask for, and the words to use:
- A classic taper. Short and blended at the sides and neck, length kept on top, no skin showing. Ask for "a taper, scissors on top". See classic scissor cut.
- A scissor cut with no clippers at all. Softer as it grows and it does not leave a hard guard line. Gali names scissor cutting as one of his four specialties.
- Neck and ears cleaned up between cuts. That is a shape up at $15 — you do not need a whole haircut for it.
- Thinning hair. Ask the barber to leave weight on top and keep the sides longer than you think; taking the sides very short makes the top look thinner, not fuller.
Getting in the door

- Hot towel shave — $30. Hot towels, lather and a straight razor. Traditional straight-razor grooming is one of Gali's four stated specialties.
- Beard trim — $15. Trimmed, shaped and lined.
